As an SU-affiliated Sports Club or Society, your group is governed by the rules and regulations of the Students’ Union.

If you have any questions or need help interpreting the documents for your group, please get in touch with the VP for Sports or Societies!
The bye-laws can only be changed with approval of Student Council and the Board of Trustees, while the Supporting Documents are owned by the Societies and Sports Forums. To propose a change to the bye-laws, create a motion on Make a Change Policy and Motions. To suggest a change to the supporting documents, add it on the Ideas platform. To discuss operational policy, please contact the Full-Time Officer team.
Group Governance
In accordance with the rules set out above, each society and sports club must have a constitution and hold elections for each exec role.
