Rent and Occupancy Details: 

You will have access to the room from the move-in-date until July 17th 2027. You will not be required to move out at any point until then. I have moved out myself several weeks ago after a finding a free room on-campus. I am willing to offer the property for free until 15th January 2027, upon which you will have to make a payment to Mezzino (owner). Therefore, the total price for the room from now until the end of the academic year will be £3564. This is equivalent to around £425 a month or £98 per week if you were to take over the room immediately. This is substantially cheaper than the price offered by Mezzino because I am paying the rent until 15th January 2027, SUBJECT TO YOU TAKING OVER THE AGREEMENT SOON. Please note NO PAYMENTS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE until 15th January 2027. 

Accom Details: 

The room is nice. It is very spacious, clean and modern with a small double bed. There is lots of places to store things, including shelves above the desk, desk drawers, a large double wardrope with more shelves inside, shelves under the bed, above the bed and cupboards to the side of the bed. I found that I was more than able to store everything I needed. The desk is massive and has a chair and bin. The bathroom is modern and has a sink, toilet, storage space and a decent shower with a door. The flat itself has very spacious corridors, feels relaxed and is quiet, allowing for focused study. The kitchen has a TV, sofas, two hobs, fridge, table, freezer, two microwaves, and two sinks. There are also air fryers which the flatmates may allow you to use. There are also many facilities in the building including wash rooms with dryers also, gym, cinema room, sky loungue, study areas, pool table, ping pong, foosball and a loungue with TV. You are able to collect parcels easily with QR codes sent via email. Security are always at the desk to answer questions. There is also a corner shop right next to the building which has snacks, supplies and groceries. Coventry station is very close. Please visit Mezzino website or an agency for more information.
