House:

The house is for four people. It has three floors. Ground floor is one bedroom one toilet, first floor is one bedroom, a lounge and the kitchen, second floor is two bedrooms, a shower and a shower-toilet bathroom. The available rooms are the one on the ground floor and the one nearer the bathroom on the second floor. (The image is of the downstairs room, I couldn't figure out how to upload several photos so message me for a photo of the other available room)

Contract:

The contract is with Tara & Co. and is £638.92/ month.

Location:

The house is fairly south, near the PureGym and Cashmore Avenue Bus Stop. Nearest shop is Brunswick stores, larger shops are about 20 mins to walk. 

Commute:

The bus to university is 30 minutes on a good day but typically allow around 40-45. However, because it is quite south, there is no stress in terms of whether you physically can get on the bus, and you are guaranteed seats, being among the first stops taking on students unlike in more Central Leam where the bus is often too full. 

Current tenants:
The current tenants are two male second-year Warwick students, one studying Politics and Sociology and the other Accounting and Finance. We are friendly and sociable, and are happy to go out as a house reasonably often, although as it is second year we spend most of the day at uni doing work.

Situation:

One housemate dropped out at the start of the year and we have been looking for a flatmate ever since. The other decided recently to change accommodation, and our current contract ends in December. We are unable to pay for the four person house as two people, so we urgently need new housemates.
