I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at iQ Longwood Place, about a 20-minute walk from the University of Warwick campus, as I’m leaving the university.

Available from late October (flexible) until 4 September 2027

£247/week, all bills included. You only pay from your move-in date.

The takeover is handled directly by iQ: you sign your own contract with them, pay a booking fee (deducted from your rent), and follow iQ’s payment schedule. No takeover fee. Current iQ residents aren’t eligible.
