Hi, we are a friendly and tidy house looking for a replacement. 5 minutes from the shopping centre and also short walk to campus. Very close to Gibbet woods and a nice walk to that campus. In a quiet and green neighbourhood (Lichen Green).  There is a garden and garage and plenty of attic space for storage. We have a full bathroom including shower, aswell as another shower room upstairs, and a toilet downstairs, so plenty between 4 people. The kitchen is kitted out with dishwasher, washing machine etc.

Currently 2 male, 1 female, all second years but we're not fussy.
