Due to a change in my circumstances, I am looking for a replacement tenant for my University of Warwick accommodation.

Accommodation: Westwood / Claycroft
Location: Westwood, The University of Warwick, Gibbet Hill Road, Coventry, CV4 7ES

Tenancy period:
26 September 2026 – 11 September 2027

Total rent: £7,050 for the current contract period, including the listed services.

Payment schedule:

• 5 October 2026 – £2,115
• 11 January 2027 – £2,115
• 26 April 2027 – £1,410
• 5 July 2027 – £1,410

The initial room is in Westwood. After moving to Claycroft, the rent will be £189 per week.

I have already arranged private accommodation, so I am unable to take up this University accommodation and am looking for someone who may be interested in taking over the contract.
