As stated above, I am urgently looking for someone to takeover my Silver Ensuite tenancy as I am taking some time away from my studies. The room is £140 per week, located on the second floor and you will be able to move in as soon as possible since the rental period has already started. I lived in Eden Square during my 2nd year and thoroughly enjoyed it, hence me rebooking it for this academic year. The property offers many useful amenities including a free gym, cinema room, study space and high speed internet. I personally made the most use of the free shuttle bus to campus as it significantly reduced travel costs. The location is also very good as Pool Meadow Bus Station is only a 6 minute walk away as well as many shops and food places being in close proximity.
