I am looking for a replacement tenant because my university start date has been deferred, so I am unfortunately unable to move in as originally planned.

The room is located on the 8th floor and is north-facing, which helps avoid strong direct summer sunlight. It also does not directly face the central courtyard, so the position should be relatively quieter.

Great location for University of Warwick students

CODE Fairfax Street is located in Coventry city centre and is convenient for University of Warwick students. Warwick lists bus routes 11 and 12X as services connecting Coventry with the university campus, making daily commuting straightforward.

Living in Coventry city centre is also convenient for shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, Coventry Railway Station and other local amenities.

Private studio living

This is a private studio, so you have your own kitchen and private en-suite bathroom without needing to share with flatmates.

It is especially suitable for postgraduate students, or anyone who prefers more privacy, independence and a quieter living environment.

Official room takeover 

The takeover will go through CODE’s official replacement tenant process, rather than a private sublet.

The new tenant will complete the takeover through CODE, making the process clearer and more secure.

Reason for takeover

My university start date has been deferred, so I am unable to move in as originally planned.

There is nothing wrong with the room or the accommodation. I originally booked this room for myself and would have stayed here if my university start had gone ahead as planned.

Extra incentive available

I am also willing to offer an additional personal incentive to a confirmed replacement tenant.
