Looking for someone to take over a tenancy in a double room at 12 Llewellyn Rd, Leamington Spa CV31 2BJ. The house has 4 other 2nd year Warwick University students as tenants. The house has 5 bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms and a communal kitchen and sitting room. It is well situated in a student neighbourhood and surrounded by lots of other student housing. There are good links to transport with a bus stop very close by. The tenancy is due to commence of 1st  August 2026 and run for 11 months until 30th June 2027.
