I need this contract to be taken over as I have secured a job as a Residential Community Assistant for the 2026/27 academic year, which means that I will have to live on campus.

These types of rooms otherwise sold out several months ago! The price is very competitive for a studio flat and the location is excellent - everywhere in Coventry is within an easy bus ride by virtue of the accommodation block being next to the bus station - most importantly, this includes the university 12X service for getting to campus easily. It is also a stone's throw from a Sainsbury's supermarket and within easy walking distance of an Aldi supermarket (Central Six Retail Park) and Coventry Train Station.

From a studying point of view, there are both communal study facilities on-site (as well as the desk in your room!), but you would also be just down the road from Lanchester Library, Coventry University, which as a Warwick student you would be able to access for studying through the SCONUL scheme.
