A Sainsbury's is available within easy walking distance for shopping, with an Aldi also within walking distance. The room is located on the 10th floor, with the building having numerous lifts.

The contract I have signed is for a £169 p/w contract with an electricity quota included. If you would prefer to have the £154 p/w electricity excluded contract (which includes all other bills), please enquire directly with CODE when taking over my contract. The costs should come out to be very similar either way.
