I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract (ends 31st August 2026) anytime from May onwards. The house is £715 a month with bills and internet included. It's located on Charter Avenue in Canley (a 10-minute walk to Cannon Park and another 10 to get to main campus), and the landlord lives locally if you have any issues.

The bedroom is on the ground floor next to the kitchen, and comes with a small double bed, private en-suite shower room and pre-installed LED strip lights. The kitchen is a bright, modern communal space, with a washer, dryer, large TV and CCTV. We also have a driveway and a small concrete backyard with a security gate.

The 5 remaining tenants consist of 3 boys and 2 girls from both second and third year (a quiet yet lovely bunch of people). I've lived in this house for the past 2 years!
