Looking for one or two students to take over one or two rooms in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom shared house on Regent Street, as my friend and maybe I, are moving out. The room that is guaranteed to be available is the second room in the YouTube house tour video. However, the first room in the video would be the second room available if there is enough quick interest in two people moving in. These are 165 a week, including unlimited bills, and are both available for the remainder of the current academic year.
The house is shared with three other female students and has a communal kitchen and living space. It’s a social but relaxed household, and everyone is easy to live with.
The location is great. Central north Leamington Spa, 2-minute walk away from the Regent Hotel bus stop, and 1-minute walk away from Parade (the main shopping street). Ideal for Warwick students.
We’re ideally looking for two people, but individual interest is also welcome. Happy to answer questions or arrange viewings.
