Hey, looking for a 4th person who ideally likes sports and likes to go to the pub to join the house for the 2026/2027 academic year. Currently the three of us are in our second year and we do Physics, Law & Engineering.

We already have the house selected for next year, but unfortunately one of the people are goiung on placement so we're looking for someone to replace them. The house contains a washer/dryer, a dish washer, a large lounge and dinning room, as well as spacious kitchen. The house is in a very good location in Leamington Spa, right behind Parish church and ideal for getting the bus and going out in Leamington.

£577 a month + bills / £133 a week + bills.
