We’re a group of 6 students (4 girls & 2 boys, PPE & English) looking for 2 more people to join our 8-bedroom flat for the next academic year.
About us
We’re a very international flat with French, Spanish, Turkish, Swiss, German, and English backgrounds, and we love a sociable, open atmosphere.
Contract:
11-month contract starting 1st August
Open to all genders, ideally second or third years. We’d especially love girls who enjoy shared dinners and a friendly flat dynamic.
Location:
The Parade, Leamington Spa — right by the bus stop, cafés, and shops, with an easy commute to campus.
Rent:
£138 per week (including bills & WiFi).
Flat vibe:
Social and welcoming, but also tidy, organised, and respectful of privacy. We enjoy cooking and eating together, as well as having a good mix of fun evenings and quiet nights.
