Current rent is £515 per month with a 12-month contract, but may change slightly in price if the landlords change it in the renewed contract. Tenancy will start in September. All bills are included with a £200 cap. Holding fee is taken when the contract is signed, which is £500 and a deposit of £250 is made in the summer and comes out of the first month of rent (numbers are rough estimates from what I remember). 

House has a driveway, washing machine, tumble drier, garden. 10 minute walk from main campus and 20 minute walk to Canon Park. Easy access to bus stops for the 12x, 11, 87.
