I have lived in the property for almost two years now. Last September, we replaced one graduating housemate with a new tenant who is looking to stay for an extra year. Now the other housemate is graduating soon so we are looking for a new tenant for September 2026!
Both housemates are 2nd Year English Lit students. The housemate who is leaving is finishing 3rd Year English Lit soon.
The property is incredibly cheap for its convenient location - 20 seconds walk from Leam Wetherspoons!

Would love to arrange a flat tour for whoever is interested. Please don't hesistate to meet both of us for a friendly chat! Here are some features of the flat:
1. Central location in Leam - Next to Fizzy Moon - 10 Second to Vue cinema - 20 Second walk to Wetherspoons - 30 Second walk to Parade and U1 bus stop.
2. Insanely cheap rent - £92/WEEK and BILLS INCLUDED (except WiFi which we arrange separately).
3. Three large, spacious bedrooms with one shared kitchen and bathroom. The one offered is the nicest of the three (neither of us can be arsed to move all our stuff :D)
4. This is a 3rd floor flat above a restaurant - the owner is our landlord. He has a 24/7 repairman who looks after the flat when we need repairing or plumbing jobs done.
5. Both of us still leaving here are super nice and social. We love to yap in the kitchen but we'll never keep you up late at night.
The main drawback of the flat is that it is located above a restaurant - it can ocassionally get a little noisy and the flat entrance is located in the binyard of the restaurant. Neither of these have ever bothered me but they might bother you!
