Hey! We are looking for 1 housemate to take over one of our group's rooms, to join our group of 8. We live a short 5-minute walk from Royal Leamington Spa train station and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop which goes directly to campus. The room is en suite and bills are included. The rent is £128.25 per week. (£110 rent + £18.25 uncapped bills).
