Hi, I and my flatmate have got one spare room. I am Nigerian and she is Ghanian. We are looking for a female beween ages 18-25. Preferably someone Nigerian or ghanian simply because we love cooking a lot of cultural dishes that will smell in the flat. 

Tenancy starts 15th Sept.

It's a three bedroom flat located on hearsall lane, Earsldon, Coventry. Bus ride is just 12 mins away from the university of Warwick.

Rent is £340 all inclusive.

It will be a 10months contract and our landlord requires a £250 deposit refundable at the end of the tenancy.
