I am looking for students who can design/develop websites either from scratch or using the programming which has already been done to a certain point.  

I am a postgraduate student at WBS and currently working on my dissertation.  The preliminary findings of my research suggest that there maybe a 'window of opportunity' for an additional property portal in the UK.
