Spacious house with 2 bathrooms, large kitchen diner and conservatory living room space. Garden, shed and out building for storage. 

The U1 bus stop is at the top of Waverley Road so easy to get to uni.

BILLS INCLUDED - gas, internet and water. You would only have to pay for electricity which is metred so nice and cheap.

You would be living with 3 males in their final year of a 4 year course. (2 engineers and a physics student). They are friendly and enjoy socialising.

The rent is £80 p/w but this can be negotiated with the land lord for termly payments etc.

I will be in the house most of Summer if you wish to come and view.
