Every Thursday join Kourosh for a dynamic rocket yoga practice rooted in ashtanga, building strength, flexibility and mobility with plenty of opportunities to explore arm balances and inversions. If you are looking for a challenge, this class is definitely for you. All levels are more than welcome to come. 

Please arrive at least 10 mins early, and bring your own mat if you have one. We offer mats on a first come, first serve basis.
