BWP’s annual career’s conference is back! This year, we aim to equip you with the skills to discover what your own personal brand is, and how it can be used in order to define who you are in your chosen career field.

Embodied through its title “Becoming Her”, the BWP Career’s Conference 2026 will be a celebration of the many amazing Black women how have discovered what it means to become “Her” on their own terms - not defined by what society says, but rather on their own personal terms. 

From careers such as Law, Consulting, Data analytics, Finance & Entrepreneurship, we will continue to shine light on the many careers that Black women have gone to shine in, and redefine excellence.
