Sports Ball is the biggest social event of the calendar year!
Hosted and run by the SU at the Hilton Metropole, NEC, its your chance to celebrate your year of sport at Warwick!
Get dressed up and head to the piazza to meet your teammates and friends, where the party begins with photos and fun.
Coaches will leave from Bluebell Car Park to take you to the Hilton where you will be wined and dined - see the menu below.
Once dinner is done, you will head through to the party room for the Sports Awards, live music and DJ entertainment until it is time to head home.
Coaches will take you back with drop offs to both campus and Leamington.

Main Course
Braised beef feather blade steak and beef baklava, crushed potatoes with bacon, carrots, French beans and herb jus
Or Vegetarian
Grilled halloumi, vine tomatoes with creamy parmesan polenta, minted green peas, butternut squash and salsa verdi
Dessert
Banoffee tart with passion fruit sauce and mango compote

ENTERTAINMENT
This year's entertainment is provided by the fantastic "Smooth Criminals" followed by a great set from our in-house DJ's.
TRAVEL
All travel is included as part of the event ticket.
Coaches depart campus from 5.15pm from Bluebell car park
The first return coaches home will leave Hilton from 11pm (or when full). Coaches will then run throughout the evening until the end of the event.
All return coaches will drop-off at campus and Leamington Spa (Town Centre).
TICKETS
Tickets are available at £60 and will be on general release from midday Tuesday 26th April.
Ticket price includes meal, transport, table wine and entertainment.
Owing to the historical popularity of the event it is recommended that tickets are purchased early to avoid disappointment #justsaying
TABLE PLANS
You will be able to submit your Sports Ball table plans from Tuesday 10th May at midday until Tuesday 31st May by following this link:
