PART TIME FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

Approximately 16 hours per week

Salary: Pro Rata of £18,476 - £21,307 per annum (depending on skills and experience) plus excellent holiday and benefits

        You must be able to work a variety of shifts between 8am to 12am.

You will be expected to work a mixture of evenings and dayshifts 

Xananas is a Stylish restaurant serving breakfasts, freshly prepared meals and seasonal specials.

All ingredients are sourced locally and seasonally, and our menus cater for all tastes and dietary requirements.

This role will be to supervise a successful team in the designated outlet, working closely with the Outlet Managers and Chefs to provide a high standard of service in all areas of the outlet.

You should be highly organised, have experience of managing a high volume Food and Beverage operation as well as experience of leading and motivating a team. You should be flexible in your working hours, have strong interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team.

You should have basic food hygiene knowledge, knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing Laws.  You should have experience of stock management and cash handling and have the ability to use initiative and make decisions.
