Food and Beverage Supervisor - The Dirty Duck

This role will be to supervise a successful team in The Dirty Duck Pub, working closely with the Outlet Manager and Chefs to provide a high standard of service. You should be highly organised and have experience of managing a high volume food and beverage operation as well as experience of leading and motivating a team. Hours:
A minimum of 36.5 hours per week. You must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends between 10am and 2am. You will be expected to work 3 or 4 evenings and 1 or 2 day-shifts and more hours will be worked during term-time.

Xananas Restaurant is the Union’s premier bistro style restaurant offering a variety of freshly prepared dishes, light bites and desserts alongside a tempting array of hot and cold beverages. We are looking for individuals to help deliver our high standards of customer service whilst assisting in preparing and serving our menu. Previous customer facing experience is essential.
