Membership Solutions Ltd (MSL) is a subsidiary company of Warwick Students' Union. MSL is looking for an experienced Customer Support & Sales Coordinator to become a key member of the team. You will primarily be responsible for the MSL customer support
function including taking responsibility for support calls, enquiry resolution, customer forums & the support area of the MSL website. You will also have an active involvement in the sales process.
