Online application process

Identifying the type of role

Once you click on the link to look at Warwick SU Jobs, you can filter the list by the type of role you are interested in, contract type and you can also do a search by location using the map.

You can also register for Job Alerts if there are no vacancies that are suitable at this time.  You will need to register (if this is the first time you have used the system) or log in to add or change your alerts

If you have identified a role you may be interested in, click on the job title for more details

Applying for the role

Once you have found a suitable role to apply for, click the Apply Now button to start the application process.

If this is the first time you will need to register an account (an activation email will be sent which you will need to confirm before starting) or login if you have previously created an account.  You need to enter a valid email address as this will be the email used to activate your registration and also to keep you up to date with the progress of your application at every stage.

You will then be directed to the relevant application form on the job advert.

CV’s will not be accepted unless they have been requested in the Job Advert

You need to be clear, concise and complete the information in all sections. See the guidance notes on the previous page so you can see what we are looking for.

Progress of your Application

You can save your progress anytime in the application process should you want to return to it at a later date.  You  will also receive emails reminding you of this if you have an uncompleted application.  It is simple to navigate and you can easily move backwards / forwards in the process.

Before you submit your application, please take the time to review it carefully as the submitted application form will then go to the Manager who will shortlist.  You can always review your applications to see what you have submitted.

You should ensure your application is submitted before the closing date and time, any applications received after the closing date may not be accepted

All applicants will receive an email confirming their application has been submitted.  Further emails will then be sent once shortlisting is complete confirming the next stage.

Should you wish to withdraw your application at any time you can do so by logging into your account and clocking in the withdraw icon for the relevant role.
