Salary

This is a fixed term contract for two years initially. The salary is pro rata of £21,307 - £24,677 per annum. The actual salary is approximately £8,522 - £9,870 per annum.

Hours

Approximately 14.5 hours per week (656 annualised hours) from Monday to Friday subject to a 16 week probationary period. Some weekend and evening working may be required from time to time for special events. Hours will be agreed upon appointment.

Interview

Interviews will be held on either Monday 27th October 2014 or Wednesday 29th October 2014. You must be available to attend on either of these dates.

Benefits:      Pro rata of 20 days holiday and no less than 15 days pro rata for Christmas, New Year, Easter, May-Day, Spring and late Bank holidays (or days in lieu thereof), Pension Scheme and other benefits

 

Warwick SU is looking for a key addition to its staff team to support crucial organisational projects.

You will support the Chief Executive and the leadership team in project planning and monitoring, research and information gathering and collating data for reporting purposes. We are embarking on a full review of our strategy and this post will be critical in supporting that process, as well as providing support on projects that help us demonstrate transparency and accountability to our members.

 

In order to succeed, you must be skilled in project planning and report-writing. You will have worked to challenging deadlines under your own initiative and will have outstanding skills in relationship building with high levels of tact and political sensitivity. You must also possess excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and be a strong communicator. Importantly you will be committed to the principles of equality and diversity.
