Salary
Starting from £15,091 with a 16 week probationary period. With excellent Holidays and a Contributory Pension Scheme
Hours
To work an average of 36.5 hours per week, working a variety of shifts. Annualised hours of 1642 per annum
Interview
Interviews will be held on Thursday 1st November 2012 between 9.30am – 12pm. (You must be available to attend an interview between these times)
Details
You will be required to work in the Dirty Duck, which has been designed to serve high volumes of both food and drink, with great customer care and a relaxed environment, we also offer live music on a weekly basis with our resident Acoustic night Un-Plucked
Your role will be:

To lead a successful team in the food and beverage department
-
To work closely with supervisors to run an efficient shift
-
To provide a high standard of service to customers, serve drinks and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
You should have: -

High standards of customer care
-
Experience of a customer facing / food and beverage environment
-
Experience in training and motivating staff
-
Working knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene practices
-
Experience in cash handling
