You will be required to work in the Dirty Duck, which has been designed to serve high volumes of both food and drink, with great customer care and a relaxed environment, we also offer live music on a weekly basis with our resident Acoustic night Un-Plucked

Your role will be:

• To lead a successful team in the food and beverage department
• To work closely with supervisors to run an efficient shift
• To provide a high standard of service to customers, serve drinks and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

You should have: -

• High standards of customer care
• Experience of a customer facing / food and beverage environment
• Experience in training and motivating staff
• Working knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene practices
• Experience in cash handling
