Warwick Students’ Union prides itself on providing the highest standards of service to its members. This is particularly true of our Student Advice Centre which provides practical advice, information and representation in areas of academic advice, student funding, housing, immigration, and money advice; and other student related advice areas for our members.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious individual, experienced in a formal advice work setting with a proven track record in casework resolution. In addition to general advice work, experience of any of the above specialist areas is desirable but not essential as training will be given; it is crucial that you have an enthusiasm for and commitment to supporting students in Higher Education.
In return you will be working with a very rewarding client group, you will receive support in your professional development and most importantly, you will enjoy coming to work.
