Rate

£7.19 per hour with a 10 week probationary period.

Hours

Approximately 100 hours during August and September plus 16 hours per week during UG term 1and 2 and a total of 40 hours during UG term 3 (Total of 460 hours during the period of the contract (A FIXED TERM FROM AUGUST 2012 TO JUNE 2013)

Warwick SU are looking for a project administrator with good time management and organisational skills to support our flagship widening participation scheme – Inspire

 

You will coordinate the delivery of the Inspire project under the guidance of both the PG Sabbatical Officer and the student Inspire Executive Committee. You will develop productive relationships with all partners involved in the project particularly Teach First and local participating schools.

 

You will be responsible for making necessary arrangement for events, recruitment, training and meetings as well as supporting the Inspire volunteers more generally. This is in addition to more general administrative duties.     

 

In order to succeed, you must possess good administrative and IT skills and demonstrate strong time management capabilities.   You must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.  Enthusiasm for projects that support widening participation and improving access to education is extremely desirable
