Right to work

Warwick SU has a legal responsibility to ensure all employees have the legal right to live and work in the UK.  You will be asked a question on the application form asking if you have the right to live and work in the UK and we will need check that you have the legal right to live and work in the UK before you start work. 

If you are invited to interview, or made an offer of employment you will be asked to bring original documents from List A or List B with you and a copy will be taken. If you cannot provide evidence of right to work in the UK at interview stage, this must be provided before you can take up employment with us.
