Warwick Thai Boxing Club is one of the biggest and most active in the country, we also boast one of the highest rates of female participation among university Muay Thai Clubs.

Each week we hold many technique and fitness sessions (the timetable can be found below). During term 1 we hold an eight week long 'Bootcamp' programme allowing complete beginners to join and learn the basics of Muay Thai all the way up to sparring. All equipment for the sessions are provided and a t-shirt and shorts/jogging bottoms is suitable to train in (Remember to bring water!). Each session starts with a light warm up such as shadow boxing or a light run and moves on to technique drills and padwork. Fitness sessions often consist of extended padwork rounds with a focus on repeated exercises as well as some strength and conditioning exercises. Optional sparring also occurs in some sessions for those that want to take part!

Newcomers are welcome to come along and try our sessions at any point in the year. The first session's is free, so why not come try it out?
