Warwick Pugwash Student Society (WPSS) is a society created by students for students.

It represents the Pugwash Conferences on Science and World Affairs at the University of Warwick, an organization that was originally created with the consensus of Albert Einstein in the 1950’s. It aims to raise awareness on Weapons of Mass Destruction and more specifically of Nuclear Weapons in order to reduce the risk of International Conflicts, but also to discuss technological improvements that may create instability. It intrigues students to “Think in a new way”.
