The University's Immigration team have issued the following information for students over the coming week:
Reception temporarily relocation: Please note that due to office refurbishment, the Study Abroad and Immigration Service Student Reception will be temporarily relocated to Senate House Student Reception for 1 week from 11 December to 15 December. Opening hours: Monday, 11 December from 9-12pm; Wednesday, 13 December to Friday, 15 December from 10-12pm and 2-4pm. Students can continue to collect their BRP card etc. during the opening hours at Senate House Student Reception.
Immigration Appointments: There will be no bookable appointments for 1 week from 11 December to 15 December. However, there will be a drop-in session on Wednesday, 13 December between 10am-1pm in the Library, Room R0.39. You do not need to book an appointment and will be able to see an adviser for up to 10 minutes for your enquiries (we can give advice, check documents but will not be able to help you submit an immigration application).
Reception temporarily closure: Please note that due to office refurbishment and office events, the Study Abroad and Immigration Service Student Reception will be closed at 2pm on Friday, 8 December; at 12pm on Monday, 11 December and will be closed the whole day on Tuesday, 12 December. There will be no staff members available in Immigration Service team during this period.
