We are looking for Food and Beverage Assistants to work in our bars and catering outlets, providing high standards of customer care at all times. You will mainly work during the University vacation periods, but there may also be shifts available when we have large scale events taking place throughout the year.
There will be shifts available throughout the Summer vacation period – from July-September - within our various outlets which include The Dirty Duck Pub, the Terrace Bar, The Bread Oven, Curiositea and Xananas.
The number of hours available may vary on a weekly basis, in line with business requirements. No minimum weekly hours can be guaranteed.
The Dirty Duck is a modern twist on the traditional pub, serving real value-for-money food and a variety of real ales, wines, premium beers and spirits.
The Terrace Bar is a stylish bar with a retro touch, with great DJ sets throughout the week
The Copper Rooms Venues have been designed with live music at the forefront
The Bread Oven is our bespoke baguette bar, serving fresh and healthy lunches to order
Curiositea is our vintage tearooms laden with cakes, loose leaf teas, freshly ground coffee and decadent hot chocolates
Xananas is our premium bistro style restaurant, sourcing fresh local produce for their wide-ranging menu.
Your role will be to help with the preparation and service of food and drink. You will be required to provide a high standard of service to customers, serve drinks and maintain a safe, clean working environment
