Salary

£15,298 per annum subject to a 16 week probationary period.

Hours

An average of 36.5 hours per week, with more hours worked during the the 3 ten week undergraduate term-times and less worked during the University vacation periods.

Interview

The interview date is Tuesday 23rd May 2017 between 11.00am and 2.00pm. You must be available to attend an interview on this date should you be short listed. The interview will comprise of a formal interview and practical assessment.

The Dirty Duck is a modern twist on the traditional pub, serving real value-for-money food and a variety of real ales, wines, premium beers and spirits.

We serve a variety of traditional pub meals from 12noon until 10pm most evenings from Monday-Sunday. 

The key message is real ale-real food-real people- real welcome with a focus on great customer care.

We are looking to hire passionate people to prepare, and cook our traditional pub menu to a high standard and to serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner, according to organisational policy on customer care and outlet service standards. Kitchen experience is essential.

A variety of shifts are available between 8am to 11pm Monday to Sunday, which includes evening and weekend work.
