Salary

From £29,185 to £34,817 per annum

Hours

This is a full time position. A minimum of 36.5 hours per week.

Interview

The interview/assessment date is scheduled for Thursday 9th February 2017. You must be available to attend an all day assessment centre on this date should you be short listed.

We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic communications and marketing professional with a strong track record across a range of communications disciplines, who will rise to the challenge of this diverse and exciting role. You will have extensive communications and marketing experience including some at a management level, ideally in a not for profit environment.

It will be your role to lead our talented Design and Web Team, a key element of the Marketing & Communications department, reporting to and working closely with the Communications & Marketing Director to develop and deliver on the emerging Communications strategy. Your role will also be key in supporting officers, staff and our members in developing campaigns that make a difference to our student’s lives’. Are you up to the challenge?

You will be highly skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines with an ability to stay calm under pressure.  Your ability to build effective working relationships should extent to suppliers, colleagues and most importantly the professional staff team which you will manage. Creativity and innovation in communications is critical and you will have proven experience in digital communications.
