Salary

The salary is from £25,198 to £30,055 per annum Please note this is a 2 year Fixed term Contract

Hours

Full time, a minimum of 36.5 hours per week. Some weekend and evening working may be required from time to time for special events and for peak weeks. Time off in lieu will be granted.

An assessment day will be held on Tuesday 6th December 2016. You must be available to attend on this date should you be short listed.

Student Societies and Sports Clubs, of which there are 260 and 70 respectively at Warwick, are the foundation of student engagement, transforming both their own lives and the world around them. Student Activities at Warwick SU is undergoing a transformation of its own in order to deliver the best possible services and support to students who engage in clubs and societies.

We are undertaking a complete review of our systems and processes so that the department has the tools to provide high quality services and are looking for an exceptional candidate with skills in project management, business process analysis and design and strong team-working skills to support the delivery of this core change management process over the next two years.

The successful candidate will be highly effective in building and managing relationships, will show initiative and analytical ability and be a skilled communicator. Given the need to make use of technology to improve systems and information access, they will also need to be literate in the pragmatic application of technology.
