Hello everyone,

Iron your suits and dust off your dresses – it’s finally time for the black tie event of the century, the classics ball!

The venue, for the first time since the dawn of time, is … The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel, this is just outside of Warwick (the place, not the uni). As this is quite far from campus, we are looking at potentially organising a coach - this would be under a SEPARATE TICKET! Please ALL respond to your emails whether or not you are planning to organise your own transport, because if we don’t get enough responses, we won’t be able to get a coach. In terms of transport you have 3 options: organise it yourself, bus to the venue and coach back, or coach to and from the venue. However I cannot guarantee a coach at this time.

The event itself will centre around a 3-course meal, meal options will be sent round through email (so please check and respond to all emails sent) as well as questions on allergies or dietary restrictions you may have.

We will have access to … an indoor area, an outdoor area, a DJ, photographers, and a private bar which you can purchase drinks from for the entire evening. There will be time for certificates, speeches, promising to be a filled with fun and laughter.

Tickets are not on sale for long so make sure you buy them quickly - hope to see you there!
