HistSoc Tour to Krakow
So Warwick History Society is going to Krakow...
And given the plans we've made for the lucky people who are coming on this trip, you'd be crazy to miss out!
Not only is this a chance to spend the first part of your Easter break in one of the most impressive and beautiful cities in Europe, it's a chance to do it with everything organised and at a seriously cheap price thanks to a generous society subsidy!
On the 16th of March (that's the Saturday at the end of term 2) at 2am we're boarding a coach down to Gatwick Airport and flying out to Poland for what will be four days of Easter Break bliss.
The trip includes a guided tour of the famous city of Krakow, excursions to both the famous salt mines and Auschwitz-Birkenau as well as plenty of free time in the day to explore the city and enjoy the many riches it has to offer.
And at night, following on from the now infamous Doljikova proclamation that 'YES, HISTORY SOCIETY DOES GO ON TOUR!' we're gonna be hitting the many bars and clubs Krakow has to offer.
All of this whilst staying in the entrancing Pink Panther Hostel, situated right in the middle of the city!
That's flights, airport transfers, accommodation, excursions and a bloomin' awesome time all in one neat little bundle for us lovely students at Warwick University.
As an added extra, note that this is the History Tour ran by The History Society. HOWEVER, if you are not a member of HistSoc (although it is free so you might as well join while we're at it!), you are still more than welcome to come! So if you're thinking of going and want to drag your flatmates along or even that random person who can barely spell the word History, don't be afraid to let them know!
Ticket price: £239
