Unwanted food? Donate to your local food bank or collection!

You can find your nearest foodbank and details about how to make donations on the Trussell Trust's website.

Student group RAWKUS also organise end of year food collections on campus, run by student volunteers. Get in touch with them if you would like to donate unwanted food or volunteer your time!

All sorts of unwanted stuff someone else might want?

1. Bag things up, then bring them to a British Heart Foundation collection bin!

You can order free donation bags from the British Heart Foundation. Simply fill as many bags as you want with the items listed below, and ring 0808 250 0220 to arrange for collection.

  • Jewellery and accessories
  • DVDs, CDs and vinyl
  • Books
  • Home accessories and homewares
  • Children’s toys

2. Donate to a local charity shop!
