What We do for You

"A year of increased engagement, new initiatives and encouraging feedback; 2010/11 has been a positive one for your Union. Although the fees agenda has certainly been challenging, this year has seen more of you join clubs and societies, increased turnout in elections, a new campaigning resolve and greater interest in student politics.

This guide has been put together in an attempt to summarise an historic year in mere pages. You will find a summary from each Sabbatical Officer of their work this year, updates on our most high-profile campaigns, and reports from Union democracy and the Student Advice Centre on their work in 2010/11.
