If late-night partying and alcohol-fuelled fun isn't your "thing," you can enjoy our fantastic, regular cultural events at a more laid back pace. We won't be forcing you to take a guided tour around a dusty, old art gallery (unless you want to) but we can promise:

• fun trips to Cadbury World (a bit like visiting Willie Wonka's chocolate factory)!
• themed quiz nights
• sporting events
• a fortnightly Cineforum meeting for all you film lovers!
• trips to places of cultural interest in the local area
• and much more

Don't forget to look out for our 'Welcome Tea Party' in week 2 of term 1. This truly British affair will be a fantastic opportunity for all students, whether home or international, to gain an insight into what is to come during the rest of the year.

Night events!

It’s well known that many students at British universities like to party, and we at Warwick are no exception. We want to get the Uni nightlife here onto your map straight away. We will be combining the best of British and some international flair to bring you more socials than you can shake a Sombrero at! Having sampled some the finest establishments Europe has to offer and certainly all of those on Campus and beyond, our wisened Social Exec know just what it takes to get a drink in your hand and the beat in your booty!

We will expand your horizons and go ‘Around the World in 80 Drinks’, awaken your competitive spirit with ‘The Ryder Cup of Pub Golf’, celebrate in a bit of national pride with Fancy Dress competitions, and see the real “points of interest” with weekly nights out into Leamington, Coventry, and all across Campus. We will also be keeping a ‘Erasmus Soc’ long-standing tradition with Thursdays at Varsity. What’s more, we’ll have a right good laugh while we do it!
