Well as you can tell the site's been switched over, but as you can probably also tell the page-by-page updating is taking a while.

I'm also still trying to optimise the site overall, I need to figure out the Breadcrumb, get the Ad Banner in and make sure it appears underneath the admin menus - I've got the dropdowns working how I want them (apart from one small glitch that should be a rare occurence at worst) and the single most requested feature of our site has been put back.

Apologies for the short update but I've got a good 1200 pages to go through...

The homepage is coming together:

The 'signposts' as I've termed them randomise on page load and have a hover image transform. The admin bar is also up and running, in the end I went for positioning it absolutely at the top of the header bar (which will remain as fixed rather than full width). The dropdowns are onclick (though at the minute the script is inline which I should really change).

There's a part of me that really likes how this page looks without then adding in lead stories, blog highlights, polls etc...
