The Summer Party 2011

The Summer Party is Warwick SU’s massive end-of-year blowout which takes place in Term 3. Situated on the grassy fields behind University House, it’s a full-on mini-festival for all Warwick students which provides the perfect opportunity to celebrate the end of exams with your friends and coursemates.

Last year’s inaugural event was a roaring success, bringing you a day of sunshine and shenanigans topped off by roof-raising performances from The Courteeners, Chicane and Bombay Bicycle Club. This year’s Summer Party is set to be even bigger and better, promising a diverse line-up of great artists along with a host of student talent, delicious food, refreshing beverages, inflatable attractions, a free funfair and more. Once the main event has finished, the After-Party then continues ’til the early hours over in The Copper Rooms!

Keep your eyes on this website for the full Main Stage line-up, which will be announced on Tuesday Week 1 of next term (26th April). Tickets for the event cost £38 and go on sale to all year groups at 9am the following Tuesday. A limited number of combination tickets for the Summer Party and this year’s Graduation Ball will also go on sale from this date to Finalists at a discounted price of £90.
