Tech Crew is a society for anyone interested in Technical Theatre. Working mainly in the professional touring venue Warwick Arts Centre, we offer opportunities to work on a range of student productions - from Lighting Design, Sound Design through to Stage and Technical Management.
We welcome anyone with an interest in working behind the scenes - regardless how experienced you are! Tech crew also offer training throughout the year for members who want to try their hand Technical Theatre. Look out for updates about upcoming training!
Tech Crew organise the Light and Sound designers and Technical and Stage Managers for pretty much all the student performances at Warwick. We also provide equipment hire for any other society which needs it! For more information about hires, check out our

Every year, Tech Crew work together with the WSAF coordinators to provide all the lights, sound, stages and crew to produce the UKs largest student arts festival. SPLAT09 saw host to over 80 events over 5 days across Warwick campus, in the Arts Centre, CAPITAL Centre and in a Big Top Tent!
