Data Protection

It is important that you know that all information that you hold about your members is covered by the Data Protection Act, and so you are not permitted to divulge any of it to external sources. This is nothing to get worried about, but if you are just remember that you are not legally permitted to provide any external source with such information.

You should also know that the SSDO has access to the passwords for your accounts, for the purposes of updating passwords or informing new execs of them if that information is not passed on. This also means that it is possible to view your email account, but this will certainly not be done unless there is any reason for an investigation.
