Forms should be handed in at the Resources Room (upstairs in Union North). Please make sure that the correct information is attached and that Finance forms have two different signatures on them; at least one signature must be the President or Treasurer.

Exec Sheet

The exec sheet is the list of names and contact details of your exec members that you fill in as soon as you've been elected. This allows the Societies Administrator (Pam Walker) to register your exec status on the membership system, so you can perform actions like sending messages to all members, and editing the website.

If you have not yet completed and submitted your exec sheet for 2008/9 then please do so as soon as possible. You can find the sheet in the Resources Room, or you can download it here.
