What is WCSS?
Warwick Career Skills Society aims to provide members with skills to help them obtain internships and jobs. We work with leading graduate recruiters to ensure you know what they are looking for in future employees. This is done using CV and interview workshops, amongst other events.
As a member of this society you stand to benefit from excellent training in job seeking and graduate employment from your future employees. We'll also keep you up to date on any opportunities and deadlines relevant to you. We have a strong network with banks, consultancy and law firms. Warwick Career Skills Society is also in the process of expanding our network to other industries.
Our main sponsors for 2011-2012 are:
There will be a minimum of one event per term from our main sponsors as well as constant updates regarding deadlines.
In addition to organising events where firms present their views, we also organise our own Spring and Summer Internship Workshops aimed at giving first year students an advantage when applying for Spring Week Internships and penultimate year students Summer Internships.
We have a busy year planned. Keep up to date with our upcoming events list below which will be updated regularly. If there's a firm you would love to hear from, let us know and we'll try to bring them to campus.
